How much is UK delivery?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.95, and free when your order comes to £40 or more after any discount. Next-day tracked delivery is £5.95. It usually arrives the working day after we post your order, but it can take a little longer to the Scottish Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. For now we deliver to UK addresses only. We hope to add Ireland and the EU later, and we’ll announce it in the Nurielle letter.
When will my order be dispatched?
We pack and post every order within one working day, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 then usually takes two to three working days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept opened items unless they arrived damaged.
My order arrived damaged
We’re sorry. Send a photo to hello@nuriellecosmetics.com with your order number and we’ll send a replacement straight away.
Ingredients
Are your ingredients cosmetic grade?
Yes. Every raw material comes with a certificate of analysis and is suitable for use in cosmetics. Batch numbers are printed on every label.
How should I store oils and butters?
Keep them somewhere cool and dark with the lid tightly closed. Most oils keep for 12–24 months, and the best-before date is on the base.
Can I sell products I make with your ingredients?
Yes. In the UK, cosmetics you sell need a safety assessment first. Our wholesale team can share documentation for each ingredient.
